23ft van der Stadt Buccaneer Cabin Weekend Sailer - Must sell in Langebaan, Western Cape for sale

Decided to sell our 23 ft van der Stadt designed Buccaneer (also known as the Primaat in France). She is a restoration project, but we don't have the time at the moment. The greatest deal of the restoration has been done though. Mainly cosmetics left.
All sails have been serviced and repaired at Ullman Sails.
New Profurl roller furler, furling line and spinnaker halyard.
New green cushion covers that match boats UV protection.
She sleeps 3 and has a linear layout interior.
Nav table doubles as stove with a single axis gimbal to take 2 gas bottles.
Nav lights and interior light, room for radio and solar pabel.
Has depth sounder, log and boatspeed.
Hull has been checked and the little wood rot was replaced.
Bowline was redone with ballau - incredibly hard wood.
Hull was painted with glatex 8 below the toerails - tough tough paint.
Gooseneck was refitted.
Have brass winches for her.
Full sails incl spinacer.
Has aluminium spinaker pole.
Has aluminium mast and boom. Oversized for this boat, but rather safe.
Rig sound and checked by Associated Rigging.
Make no mistake, she still needs work. The deck and coach has to be painted, the mast step needs to be looked over and she needs an anti foul. Currently, she is just gathering guano.
Ideally she could be lifted over winter and be in the water for summer! Great project and I wish we still had the time!
